Event Water Safety Manager
We’re looking for a Event Water Safety Manager to join our small but growing team. You’ll be responsible for leading on a portfolio of your own events over the season, managing everything from staff recruitment and client relations through to on-site delivery and event budgeting.
You’ll be working with some fantastic people from our wider casual staff team and visiting some of the most beautiful parts of the country (even when it’s raining).
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months) & Permanent
Start Date: April/May
(exact start date can be flexible and agreed with the successful candidate)
Salary: Circa £25,000 subject to experience (+ bonus)
Closing date: 28/04/2023
Interview start date: Early / Mid April

Operations Assistant
As an operations assistant you’ll work closely with our event managers, helping with event delivery both in the office and on-site. As well as being an active part of the team on the ground, you’ll be responsible for the planning and logistics of our equipment, primarily boats and rescue equipment. In addition to event work, you’ll spend time working in our commercial division providing safety cover and/or driving boats on film shoots, PR stunts and survey works.
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months) & Permanent
Start Date: April/May (however the exact start date can be flexible and agreed with the successful applicant).
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
Closing date: 24/02/23
Interview start date: Early/Mid March
Event Operations Internship
Our internship programme is an opportunity to learn and develop across all aspects of our business, broadly these areas cover Event Management, Marketing and Operations. As an intern, you’ll gain experience working across mass participation sporting events, PR shoots, TV and film sets and alongside marine engineering and construction-based jobs.

Event Staff (Casual)
Not looking for a full-time role? We’re also looking to expand our team of casual (weekend) event staff – making up our water safety teams at events throughout the UK.
