What is Expected of me?

Swim Safety are the UK’s leading event water safety specialists and therefore when signing up to work for the company there are certain standards that we expect you to meet.

We ask that you respect the company and everyone working as part of the team. We endeavour to create an enjoyable, friendly, professional working environment and ask that you do the same in return.

Perform your allocated role to the highest standard and contact the event manager (on-site) should you have any concerns or constructive criticism that you wish to share – most importantly though, enjoy yourself!

We’ve produced a set of written guidelines which you can download from the link below. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with these as they clearly set out our expectations and also what you can expect from us in return.

Please have the courtesy to notify us if you can no longer attend an event so we are able to offer that role to someone else.
