Some events have complex timings, where different numbers of staff are required for different parts of the day, weekend or event.
Where this is the case, we are outlining in advance the shifts that are available, and asking you to let us know your preference (if you have one).
This helps us with the planning and shift allocation for the event.
If we cannot offer you a place on the event with your preferred shift, we’ll always get in touch to let you know first, and offer you an alternative, but also understand it may not suit you.
We’ve introduced this to help streamline the team selection process, as events get more complicated, the requirements change.
